Download from Cloud library not functioning.

downloaded book from local library 3 weeks ago, now it won't down load.  Do I need to re-authorize?

    I am having exactly the same problem. It had to be downloading somewhere and I found in the following folder

    C:\Users\Col\AppData\Roaming\Bibliotheca\cloudLibrary\PROD\ebooks\

    From there I was able to get it to my reader.

    I am having exactly the same problem. It had to be downloading somewhere and I found in the following folder

    Found similar folder and looks like they are there and in process of downloading to my reader.

    Which error message you get when try to download a eBook?

    I'm not getting error message, it just doesn't appear to be downloading from the CloudLibrary.  It's like I've lost communication from CL to my computer.
