download in adobe digital fails

Question

we have just started trying to borrow books online. all softwares installed. when clicking on the asm link, adobe digital starts the download but does not complete it. we have tried through two different library accounts with no success. any ideas why our downloads are not successful?

Hi Tim,Are you on a corporate or school network? Chances are pretty good that the ports required for download are not open. Port 8080 needs to be open for downloads to successfully complete. Is there any chance that you could try a different network?
