Download interrupted E_ADEPT_NO_FULFILLMENT_RESULT

Hello,

 

I need help with this error. As per usual, I have donwloaded an eBook and transfered it on my eReader, but for the first time I get the error Download interrupted E_ADEPT_NO_FULFILLMENT_RESULT. I have been done this for years and never had any problem, now I get this error and I'm not able to solve it. I tried to download Adobe Digital Solution on my computer, but it is even worse, basically nothing works.

 

Has any of you encountered this problem? How did you solve it?

    on my side there seems to be a problem with kobo's ACM server, cloudflare blocks my access to it. if you see "you have been blocked" when you open https://acs4.kobo.com/fulfillment then you likely have the same problem as me.

     

    i somehow got into a support chat via https://help.kobo.com/hc/de/requests/new, thre support agent "forwarded the problem to the content team", saying i'll get feedback in 24-48h.

    Hi Christoph, thank you for your reply! Unfortunately this is not my case as I have a PocketBook, but maybe it will be useful for someone else with the same problem 🙂

    I could have sworn I saw Kobo mentioned in your post, but it really is not there. ^^

     

    But likely this is a issue with your distributor, not with ADE itself. Where did you buy our eBook?
