download wrong format

Just made first purchase and download of ebooks but unfortunately I did not realise that digital editions was not compatible with adobe reader 2 on my PDA. Is it possible to transfer these files into a compatible format or do I have to repurchase? Once realised I purchased in microsoft reader which works great.

    You'll need to contact the publisher or store you purchased them from and ask for a different format download. You shouldn't have to repurchase though.. But there isn't anything we can do about it from our side..
