Downloaded book on computer that I don't have anymore. Cannot download book onto new computer.

I downloaded a book back in 2015 on a computer that I no longer have.  I do not believe I selected to authorize the computer, not realizing at the time that I would need to authorize the computer to be able to download the book onto other devices (my fault, I know).  Jump to 2019, I have a new computer, and I cannot download the book because of my error; it pops up with "E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER" - that other user was my old computer.  I purchased the book through Books-A-Million, so it's still in my library, but I can only open it with Adobe Digital Editions.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!  Thank you!
