Downloaded Mojave on my Macbook. Can't deauthorize:

I'm tearing my hair out. I searched this community for answers but nothing works. Help please.

Since I downloaded Mojave on my Macbook air, I can't access ADE.

I followed instructions to deauthorize and reauthorize, but it won't let me deauthorize and doesn't accept my password with my email associated with my account.

(I updated and changed my password. Still not working.)
It says to try again later.

I searched on here and I have deleted and uploaded the latest version several times and nothing works; it still does not recognize my password and therefore won't allow me to deauthorize. I can't download epub books from the library anymore.

Below is the screen shot I get when I try to de authorize. It says my password doesn't work. I went to adobe to change my password and it still gives me this message no matter how many times I delete and reload the application.
