Question

Downloaded most recent Mac OS Sequoia and now ADE doesn't show all my textbooks

I upgraded to the most recent verion of Sequioa on my Macbook yesterday. Now Adobe Digital Editions doesn't display all my school textbooks. It says that I have 7 but then only shows 1 of the 7. If I go the shelf of a particular class, it will show 1 book, but not all the others and not neccesarily the same book as it shows when I tell it to show all. Will there be a fix soon? I have homework due. Thanks!

I have the same problem. After calmly researching it I have come to the following conclusion. Books have not been lost and new books are being added. There is an issue displaying books in the cover thumbnail view. In that view you only see one book and the others remain blank, but if you click on the blank spaces they are in their place. If you switch to the list view you can see all the books, just as if you navigate with the finder to the folder that contains the books.

It is a problem that appears in macOS Sequoia and I do not understand why Adobe has not corrected it with a new version of Adobe Digital Editions before the release of macOS Sequoia (15.0)

The macOS 15.0.1 update also does not fix the problem

If I go to the file on my computer using Finder and double click on it, it will open in ADE and let me read it. Don't know if the same thing would work to add new books. Haven't tried that yet.

Today I could add a new book so it was probably due to some other problem. Have you tried changing the view (top right corner). That might help!
