downloaded without ID now I can't transfer books to my e reader can you help me?

I downloaded the program without  the ID and now the books can be read only on the computer

I would like to transfer them to my KOBO ereader but I do not know how.

I have a ADOBE ID but when I first wanted to transfer I said without id

and now I do not know how to change and if the already purchased books that are now in adobe digital can still be transferred to my e reader
