Downloading books from Internet Library

When trying to download books in .pdf or .epub format, this is the message I receive from ADE ver 4.5.11

"Unable to download

Error getting licence. Server communication problem

E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12"

It has worked for months and within the last week there are problems

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Same problem you're having. Only difference is I get the following error message

E_LIC_LICENSE_SIGN_ERROR
