downloading ebook

we recently set up Adobe Digital Editions on a new computer and purchased an ebook through numico.  When the book was downloaded into ADE we tried to open the book using my Adobe ID and received the following message:  The Vendor Account you entered is not associated with the item you are trying to open

Can anyone help us through this ?

    You must used the same Adobe iD which has used by the first try to open.


    Open Digital Edition.

    Go to Help > Computer authoirze.

    Enter your Adobe ID and Password.

    If you open the eBook frist without a authoirze its can not open again if has authoirze and also not move to a other device.

    I have used the same Adobe ID all the time.
