Downloading to 2 defvices

I downloaded a book to my ipad using Libby. I want to download the same book to another device using ADE. I get an error message that there is a communication problem e-license already fulfilled by another user.We tried to do this same process with another book and everything was fine! Not sure what happened with this particular book. Would like to fix the problem before the book expires from the library.

Any suggestions? I do not want to lose all our other books.
