DPS App Builder, Activate App

Needing help, I tested an app earlier this morning and it was succesful after going through the process.

Now when I go to try another version in DPS App Builder it is asking for the serial number again in the "Activate App", once entered it won't let me proceed any further saying that I need to contact Adobe.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
