DRM Adobe ID impossible

I got the message from my Tolino ebook Reader that the Adobe DRM ID failed.

Than I established a Network connect and had Internet access.

I started the Adobe DRM sign in but I got the message "bad server responce".

When use the Internet Browser with the same device a sign in with accounts.adobe.com is possible.

What is the problem ?
