I have a kobo mini and it will not let me open books from my library, I have tried to redownload on both my computers and I have the correct Id and password, but it will still not let me read the books.  I do not know how to clear the drm.

    If you want to clear the DRM on the Kobo, ctrl-shift-E (cmd-shift-E on Mac) to ADE with the Kobo plugged in should work.

    Failing that, a factory reset of the Kobo (back up any books you have only on it first).
