DRM book in ADE doesn't show up on my computer

Hi, I have a book on my phone but it doesn't show up on my computer i Digital Editions. Bove device are authorized, and are on auto download mode. I been on the forum/common, but can't find answeer. Tryed to log the account of and on, reinstall, unauthorize the program also, but it doesn't solve the problem.  

Is there another solution that works?
