DRM: options?

I want to protect my epubs created in Indesign 2014 with DRM.

The publisher does not want the user of the epubs that he can transmit or install the epub on another platform.

It should work for Ibooks (iPad) and Google Play Books (Android). I read that Google Play Books dont support DRM, is this correct? 

What are the best options?
