I bought an ebook but cannot open it.
Unable to download. Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: E_ACT_NOT_READY
ADE Help / Authorization information: "This computer is already authorized"
Advice given: Erase the existing authorization and reauthorize.
ADE Help / Erase Authorization: "Unable to erase..."
So I cannot erase and reauthorize.
What to do.
