E act to many activations

How do I resolve the issue, I have an Id but not a plan and it has always worked well but now is telling me that I have had too many activations and I cannot download any books etc.

    Looking at the description given above, I assume you were using Adobe Digital Edition and this is the message pops up while opening Digital Edition on system.
