So I've activated too many devices and now I need a reset. The dude over chat was useless and apparently the only way to do it is over the forums.

So, forums masters, I need a reset.

    Not right reset of activation works only over the staff of adobe. Ask a Staff person in forum or ask directly for Adobe reset over the Chat: Kontaktaufnahme mit Kundendienst

    Oh, yeah, I know. I was coming to delete this question. The first agent over chat was TOTALLY useless and kept referring to the forums, where I was referred to the chat. He kept insisting and insisting that they couldn't fix that problem over chat. I should have kept the transcript as proof of his incompetence.

    I close the chat and reopened a new one, and got a new agent, who fixed my problem very quickly.
