Hi, I receive the error E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS while trying to authorize my e-reader. If somebody from Adobe could reset my activation count, that would be great. I already contacted Adobe support via chat (case number 0222879954), but the problem has not beed resolved and I have been redirected here.

same, ive been waiting for more than one month now.

some people gave me clues : try an older version (like 2.X) or just forget this software because it is really, REALLY shitty.

Im forced to use it for professional reasons but if you dont care about DRM any other software will do wayyyyyyy better than ADE. I mean you cant even search for an ebook on this soft. Its a joke.
