I need to reset my Adobe Count Because the "E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS" Error.

As it is said here E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS error in Adobe Digital Editions The error should be solved through this via. I contacted by chat but the problem has not beed resolved.
