E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS

I can access Digital Editions via the Windows Program but when I use the Android app I get the error message:

'E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS'

I have gone to the following help page and it says to contact Adobe to get the activation count reset

Can you please resolve this issue
