E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS

I receive the following error "E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS" when I want to read a new e-book. 

I only use 1 device, so I don't understand why there are too many activations..

Can this be solved? Or do I need to remove my account and then create a new one ?
