E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS error

hello

when I try to activate My ADE gives me this message:

E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS http://adeactivate.adobe.com/adept/Activate 37:5037:6037 urn:uuid:45acbcca-7093-436b-85c0-26a877176744

I just used this id on my PC. I did't know why ADE show this message.

You've run out of activations. Note: Deactivating does NOT give you back any activations. To fix this you will need to contact support:

Go to http://www.adobe.com/support/digitaleditions

Click on 'Submit a web request'
