E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS error message

Support chat were unable to assist and asked me to post here.

I changed my phone and re-installed Digital Editions 4.5.

When I try to authorize I get the E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS error message...

Please reset my ID...
