„E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS Error when trying to authorize an E-Reader„

Hello!

My wife has got a tolino e-book reader. Since yesterday, this error has occurred, so she can´t use her tolino. This is the only one e-book reader, that she uses with her adobe id. How can i fix the problem for her?

Pleas excuse my (bad) english, i´m from Germany (school is a long time ago...) and i hope to get here quick help.
