E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS on Tolino

I already contacted support via chat, where I was advised to post here in the forum.

I have the following Problem:

I cannot activate my tolino ebook Reader. It Aborts always with the error message "E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS"

How can I reset my activations?
