E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS - please reset authorizations

I need to reset the authorizations for Adobe Digital Editions due to the "E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS" error.

I had a hdd problem and wasn't able the deactivate my last installation, probably forgot do deactivate other machines over the years and now I can't authorize my computer. I believe that the only channel available for requesting the reset is through the forums, so if anyone from adobe's support team is reading this I would appreciate if all authorizations for my ID were cleared.

same, ive been waiting for more than one month now. Still no luck.

Im forced to use ADE for professional reasons but if you dont care about DRM any other software will do wayyyyyyy better than this. Anyway, good luck !
