E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS please reset counter

I have a problem with my account for

the Adobe Digital Editions.

It is for Adobe Digital Rights Management (DRM) for ebook-reader. I have just 1 ebook-reader (tolino).

When activating on a second ebook-reader I get the message

that the number of 6 possible devices is reached.

E_ACT_TOO_MANY_ACTIVATIONS

The solution from the community forum is to contact the support so that there one can reset the counter to 0.

When chatting with the support he suggested to open a case here where someone will help me

(means for me to reset the counter).

So please reset the counter!
