Aside from this being the biggest joke error and it being quicker to get a physical book Fed Ex'd or walk to the book shop 200 miles away

Finally managed to create an Adobe ID after two days of Adobe System errors

Now I am authorised i attempt a download and get the following error at the end of the download process

Unable to Download

Error getting License. License server communication problem

E_ADEPT_DOCUMENT_OPEN_ERROR

What does this mean and how can i resolve it
