Question

I have buy book from google play book. It is Thai translated manga. When export (which only have acsm for pdf option.) its file name is “[Thai_name]-pdf.acsm. And i tried to authorize ade, it work but when opening it always get error message “unable to download Unable to downlaod

Error getting license. License Server Communication Problem: E_ADEPT_DOCUMENT_TYPE_UNKNOWN”

I have the same problem trying to add a Chinese book, also from google play, where the acsm name has Chinese characters. I’m getting the same error, and support via chat from both from google play and adobe have had me try numerous things to no avail. I hope there is a solution. I am on a mac platform.
