E_Adept_Internal error

When downloading 2 books to EDA I get the error E_ADEPT_INTERNAL (error getting lisence). I have first contacted the company where I bought the Ebooks and they have suggested that I reinstall ADE, which I have done several times.

What can I do in order to get the 2 books that I want?
