E_ADEPT_NO_FULFILLMENT_RESULT

I am trying to download my book .acsm and convert to .epub for reading in a kobo ereader

When I drag the file .acsm to ADE, I get this error E_ADEPT_NO_FULFILLMENT_RESULT Error getting license

Please help! I'm from Spain

I have Windows 7 profesional.

I tried with ADE 2.0, 3.0 and 4.0.3 (the lastversions) and I had the same error.
