e adept no fulfillment result

Hi,

I am unable to open a copyrighted e-book with adobe digital edition with the following error message

Unable to download

Error getting license. Licenser server communication proalem.

E_ADEPT_NO_FULFILLMENT_RESULT

There are certain website on internet blocked by my company internet. Do I need to request for access to certain website to get the license?

Please assist.
