E_ADEPT_NO_FULFILLMENT_RESULT

I hadn’t had any trouble uploading books bought from Kobo until a week ago, when I purchased a new one and encountered the error "E_ADEPT_NO_FULFILLMENT_RESULT." I contacted both Kobo and Adobe, but neither could help me solve the problem.

 

I tried following the method posted here, but nothing has worked so far.

 

I pay for Adobe Creative Suite, and even though I know this is a free program, it is frustrating that Adobe still hasn’t addressed a problem affecting so many people.

 

I can't open open any book bought in Kobo, even though It's 2025 and apparently this is still a problem not adressed by Adobe.

    p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
