e_adept_no_token

I am a professional reader for NetGalley and First to Read Penguin.  I have used Adobe Digital for years and now, I am not able to download my books. I continue to get the error E_adept_no_token?  I am signed in.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled 5 times.  No luck.  Windows 7 64 bit operating system.   I also am unable to download on my Nook (HD Plus 32 Color) .  I have all  the apps.  Nothing.  Very frustrating!
