E adept no token

Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem:

E_ADEPT_NO_TOKEN

this is the same error I continue to receive. I purchased an online script and now I cannot download it. I have not been able to open once. Thank you for any advice or help. I have other scripts that purchased at the same website that are open with no problems. How can I get this file to download properly. I am afraid if I reauthorize and reauthorize it will delete the other scripts I already have.
