Dear all,

I cant' download every book from a public library and I get the following error message for some books:

Download nicht möglich. Fehler beim Abrufen der Lizenz. Lizenzserver-Kommunikationsfehler: E_ADEPT_NO_TOKEN.

Do you have any idea what the problem is? Every advice is very welcome;-)

The problem its with the ebook itself. Has you check to download with other internet browser or check if other ebooks work fine of the Library?

I am experiencing the same issue, on 2 different Windows 10 devices. Certain books load into the reader, others do not.  The issue is unrelated to the browser.
