Bought an ebook, downloaded the ADE app for my iPhone. Downloaded the URLLink.acsm onto my phone. When I tried to open it in the ADE app I get this error message.
Unable to Download. Error getting Licence. Licence Server Communication Problem. E_ADEPT_NO_TOMEN

Is there a solution to this problem? I would like to use the ebook I purchased.

I'm facing the same issue with an ebook I've bought online. Have tried the basic troubleshoot steps but these do not seem to solve the error.
