E_ADEPT_NO_TOKEN error

I am a website owner. My website sells e-books and more. I have used ADOBE DRM for protecting my publishers. My customers are getting the error after downloading the file , (on trying to open the file). I have tried almost everything to resolve this issue, I am not able to figure out why this is happening. Please help me out with this.
