E_ADEPT_NO_TOKEN error when trying to download book purchased on Books a Million

Hi, I'm having a problem with an epub book I purchased through Books a Million.

When I download the file, I receive the following error in Adobe Digital Editions: UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD. ERROR GETTING LICENSE. LICENSE SERVER COMMUNICATION PROBLEM: E_ADEPT_NO_TOKEN.

I've deauthorized and reauthorized. Any suggestions? Thank you!
