E_ADEPT_NO_TOKEN while opening *acsm file

I keep getting error E_ADEPT_NO_TOKEN when i try to open the acsm file that I got from the library. I reinstalled the latest ADE 4.0, authorized my computer wiht adobe account and confirmed that the firewall is not blocking requests. What can I do more? Best - Elsbeth
