E_ADEPT_REQUEST _EXPIRED

I need help for download ebook from ascm file.

In the computer with a date, hour and time zone when the ebook was bought and adobe sesion with set in adobe digital edition software, when i try to download ebook i get the error E_ADEPT_REQUEST _EXPIRED

From "Casa del libro" where buy the ebook, they tell me to contact to Adobe support.

Can you help me?
