E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED

When opening the license acsm file (for the first time after purchasing), I get: "Error getting License. License Server Communication Problem: E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED". I have bought the license on one computer (Mac) and tried activating on another (Windows). Both computers have the same date, time and time zone. What might be the problem?
