E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED & A_ADEPT_NO_TOKEN

I've bougth an ebook from America but get the following error when trying to download. "Error Getting License.  License server communication problem.  E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED."  I followed instruction on this error and changed my computer time and time zone to American time and time zone but now I get the following error "E_ADEPT_NO_TOKEN"

I've also added Adobe Digital Edition to the apps that are allowed through my Firewall.
