E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED for some Google Play books

Question

I have a number of books from Google Play (65 that have DRM) which I am trying to load to my Kobo ereader. When loading to ADE, 21 of them load with no issue. 44 give an error message E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED. I have contacted Google Play and they've run me through a bunch of troubleshooting I already tried:

1. Checking my date, time and timezone (yes, they are correct and automatically set).

2. Redownloading the ACSM files.

3. Deauthorising and reauthorising ADE.

4. Checking I can access http://adeactivate.adobe.com/adept/ (which I can with no issues).

They've told me to contact Adobe support. So here I am. Can someone please help with getting these ebooks loaded?

Another question, it tells me that you can access phone/chat support for activation issues which this obviously is, but I can't figure out a way to do that. Can anyone tell me how?
