E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED - problems to open borrowed and purchased ebooks

Dear all,

I downloaded Adobe Digital Editions.
When I try to use it to open files .acsm - both an ebook borrowed from a Public library and an ebook purchased on store online - Adobe Digital Editions gives me this answer: E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED
What can I do?
