E_ADEPT_UNKNOWN

I have ADE on office computer, linked with adobe ID and where I've read a book. I installed ADE on home computer and linked adobe ID to read the same book. ADE correctly shows the book in my library, but when I try to open the book it displays "Unable to download. Error getting license. E_ADEPT_UNKNOWN"

What to do?
