E-book is locked to the wrong computer.

I struggled to open my e-book with digital editions because my vendor was not listed when I attemped to creat a ID. So i tried to autorize my computer without registering any ID. Now i realise I did this autorization on the wrong computer and i want to open the book on a different computer. But the book is locked to the wrong computer so I can't open it on the new one.

My vendor said they can do nothing about this and since it's a anonymus autorization I belive there is nothing you can do about this?
