E book problem, authorize

Hi, I purchased Hikayeler  Stories.epub at online Turkey. I can not use. Program says this account is not associated with the item you are trying to open. How I can solve this problem. Before I can read but now not. Despite I have folders and documents I can not open and I have xml document that writes purchased inside.
